A new high-quality employment space for Gaydon
Deeley Properties is excited to bring forward plans that will provide 400-500 jobs in response to the increasing demand for high-quality employment space in South Warwickshire.
The site, which is identified as an employment development site in the Stratford-on-Avon Core Strategy, is located northeast of the Jaguar Land Rover Gaydon campus, on the B4100 and within 2km of Junction 12 of the M40. These proposals will not only meet the growing demand for advanced manufacturing and logistics high-quality employment space in Gaydon but will also boost the local economy and offer residents access to skilled jobs closer to home. This will support workforce growth and reduce the need for commuting outside the area.

Anticipated commencement of construction on the site, subject to the approval of our planning application.
