The South Warwickshire region has a growing demand for modern employment land offering advanced manufacturing and logistics jobs. These proposals aim to help fulfil this need by providing 400-500 jobs. These jobs will cater to a wide range of skill levels and job roles across areas including managerial, professional and technical, production, warehousing, transportation and administration.

In addition to providing employment opportunities for the local area, we are also committed to ensuring that our plans are sustainable in the long term. Deeley Properties is therefore looking to achieve BREEAM Excellent certification on this site. This means that the buildings we deliver will rank in the top 10% of new non-domestic buildings in the UK for environmental performance.
We will achieve this through designing buildings to high standards of energy efficiency, incorporating renewable energy generation onsite and through delivering a range of ecological enhancements onsite.
