Deeley Properties would like to thank everyone who got involved during our engagement exercise. Whether this was completing our online survey, returning a feedback form, or contacting the project team. All of the feedback that we received was greatly appreciated and we were pleased to see a strong level of support for the delivery of jobs locally and our commitment to high sustainable standards.
We have now submitted a planning application to Stratford-on-Avon District Council and we are expecting a decision to be made in Winter 2025.
